Past Projects

Welcome To my Past Projects Page, here you can view my past work that I’ve done either for University Projects of in my free time.

Worm Man Project

This is the last project I did with the USW at Cardiff on their Computer Animation Course. I created the rig and three animations (An attack, idle and movement)  for implementation into Unreal Engine but due to a technical issue, I couldn’t get it implemented. I enjoyed this project because it was down my alley and mixed up with my hobby of making, rigging and animating character cycles for games.

Stingray Project

This is a personal project I was working on during March. The Project involved rigging a Stingray then animating it for a short sequence. I also tested a couple of different methods for water simulation like Houdini and Boss but each had their own set of different problems.

Space Shotgun Asset Project

For one week in February, I wanted to try my hand at Rigging an Object instead of a character, so I set about doing short project to Create and Rig a Sci-fi style Shotgun that could be used as a game asset. The gun was rigged with a pump lever at the front and a small swit on the handle that could flick on and off.

TV Ident Project: Nick

During October I worked with some of my fellow students to create two TV Idents for Nick. I was a part of team B and worked on the Rigging, Animation and Lighting for the project. This Project was my first big project and I’m happy with how it went although I do think that there could be  some improvements, especially with posing.
